Your Portal Administrator can promote any existing user account to a Portal Administrator. If you do not have an existing user account, your Portal Administrator can create a new account for you. DMM does not limit the number of user accounts designated as Portal Administrators.
If your Portal Administrator is no longer employed with your organization, has changed departments, or is unavailable for any other reason, you can submit an Change Request Letter and a DMM representative can promote your account for you.
