Adding a new Portal Administrator user account, promoting an existing user to a Portal Administrator

Answer

Option 1:

Your Portal Administrator can promote any existing user account to a Portal Administrator.  If you do not have an existing user account, your Portal Administrator can create a new account for you.  DMM does not limit the number of user accounts designated as Portal Administrators. 

Option 2:

If your Portal Administrator is no longer employed with your organization, has changed departments, or is unavailable for any other reason, you can submit a Change Request Letter and a Stretto DMM representative can promote your account for you.
