Submitting a Substitution of Counsel Document

If your client’s case was started by another attorney and you have taken over the case, you will need to obtain a Substitution of Counsel Document from the court before we can provide you access to the borrower’s case information and documentation.

Once you have obtained a Substitution of Counsel Document from the Court, simply attach the document to an email and send it to support@defaultmitigation.com.

As soon as we receive your email request with attachment, we will transfer the case for you. Once the case has been transferred, you will be able to access it by logging into your firm’s
